Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering or using any part of the eu9asia platform — including the website, mobile application and related services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "Member" or "User") and eu9asia (hereinafter referred to as "Platform" or "We"). If you do not agree with any part of this document, please stop using the platform immediately.

Eligibility and Account Registration

eu9asia services are open only to individuals who meet the following requirements:

• At least 21 years of age on the date of registration
• Not subject to any legal prohibition from participating in online gambling activities in the jurisdiction where you reside
• Registering voluntarily in your own name, not on behalf of a third party
• Have not previously held an eu9asia account that was closed or suspended due to a prior breach

Each Member is allowed only one active account. Opening multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all related accounts and freezing of balances without refund.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

eu9asia accepts a range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian Members, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

Key financial terms to understand:

• The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM50
• The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is RM100
• The standard withdrawal processing time is 5 to 30 minutes
• All deposits must be from a legitimate source and in the name of the registered Member only
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to compliance requirements

eu9asia reserves the right to hold or delay withdrawal processing for security review or compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. We will notify the relevant Member of any delay that may occur.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

eu9asia offers a range of promotions to new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements that must be met before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

The eu9asia Welcome Bonus is as follows:

• 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of RM1,500
• Wagering requirement: 20 times the bonus amount received
• Calculation example: deposit RM100 → bonus RM200 → balance RM300 → wagering required RM200 × 20 = RM4,000
• Another example: deposit RM1,600 → bonus RM1,500 → balance RM3,100 → wagering required RM1,500 × 20 = RM30,000

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, hedging betting strategies specifically designed to extract bonus value, or coordination between several Members — is strictly prohibited and may result in bonus cancellation and account termination.

Game Rules and Bet Settlement

All game results generated by the eu9asia system are final and cannot be disputed, unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure. eu9asia uses a certified random number generator (RNG) to ensure the fairness of every round.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game, affected rounds will be voided and the balance credited back
• eu9asia reserves the right to void bets placed using incorrect pricing information or due to a system error
• Winnings resulting from a technical error or software bug will not be paid out

For live sports betting (live sportsbook), results are determined based on the official outcome of the event. Disputes relating to bet settlement must be submitted within 30 days of the settlement date.

Prohibited Use and Member Conduct

Members agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the eu9asia platform:

• Any form of fraud, system manipulation or attempts to exploit platform errors
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegitimate sources
• Using automation software, bots or third-party programs to gain an unfair advantage
• Sharing or selling an account to another party
• Disrupting platform operations or affecting the experience of other Members
• Providing false information or impersonating another individual

Breaching any of the above rules will result in immediate action, including instant account suspension, balance freezing and, where necessary, a report to the relevant authorities.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

eu9asia provides this platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption, we do not guarantee that the service will always be available without errors or disruptions.

eu9asia is not responsible for:

• Data loss caused by technical disruptions beyond our control
• Financial losses arising from valid betting decisions
• Issues arising from a Member's use of third-party software or hardware
• Transaction delays caused by third-party financial institutions

Account Termination and Closure

Members may request to close their account at any time by contacting the eu9asia support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed once all balances have been settled and there are no outstanding active bets.

eu9asia reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate a Member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
• A request from the relevant authorities
• To protect the integrity and security of the platform

If an account is terminated due to a breach, eu9asia reserves the right to hold any remaining balance while an investigation is carried out.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable international licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising in connection with this platform or these Terms and Conditions shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the Member and eu9asia.

If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body recognised by the licensing authority. The decision of the ADR body is final and binding on both parties.
